Grad Night, Sonoma Valley High School’s all-night drug and alcohol-free graduation party, is underway and, with just two months to go until the event, organizers are seeking entertainers and service professionals to cover a tightened budget for this year’s event. In particular need are community volunteers who can donate services such as massage, tarot card reading, spray tattoos, a photographer for the photo booth as well and hair and nail stylists. Keeping 250-plus graduates busy over the six-hour period of the event is a challenge and community involvement is especially necessary this year.
On a positive note, Grad Night recently received a $1000 from the Native Sons of the Golden West Parlor #111. The Native Sons also provide security for the Grad Night Party.
