Two Sonoma traditions return to the Plaza on Sunday, June 3. The big day begins with Hit The Road Jack at 8 a.m. The scenic run (10k or 2.2 miles) is open to competitive and casual runners and walkers. (Entry fee required). The Howie Ehret Memorial Ox Roast barbecue follows, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vendor and artist booths, plus live music with Mobility Air Force Band, are part of the fun. Ehret will honored in a formal program, including a piece by the Sonoma Ballet Conservatory, at 12:15 p.m. Food and drink tickets sold on site. 938.4626 x1. Sonomacommunitycenter.org.

Such good news….the Hit The Road Jack was always a fun event, and the Ox Roast a wonderful fun way for the community of Sonoma to gather and have a wonderful day on the Square…Sooooo looking forward to this even.
Hopefully both events will do well so the tradition can continue.
