SOS still needs your donations

The Sonoma Valley Youth Soccer Association was pleased to be able to present Save Our Sports with a $4,000 donation to support middle school soccer.  Due to School District funding cuts, SOS needs to raise $52,000 to preserve middle school sports for the 2012-1013 school year.  SVYSA’s donation continues a 31-year tradition of collaborative effort with the school district to provide soccer as a healthy activity for Valley youth.  Pictured here, from left: SOS organizer Stacey Schoeningh, Altimira Principal William Deeths, Sonoma Valley Youth Soccer Association President Colleen Paul, Adele Principal Karla Conroy and SOS organizer Joanna Greenslade.
