Are you a savvy home cook or a young line cook looking to make it big? Well, Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards wants you to submit your appetizer recipe to their first ever Glorious Bites Challenge.
Gloria Ferrer is partnering with Top Chef star Brooke Williamson to “discover the most glorious appetizer recipe in the country,” that will pair well with their Sonoma Brut. The winner takes home $5,000 and Gloria Ferrer will promote the recipe with their bubbly.
To participate, just submit your recipe via the contest website. A group of judges will review each recipe. Finalists will be selected to participate in a cook off in San Francisco (or New York if you’re located in the Midwest or out East). Winners from those challenges will then participate in a final live cook-off at Gloria Ferrer’s winery in Sonoma. Williamson will judge the final cook-off and the winner takes home $5,000.
