Art Walk around Sonoma Plaza

Thursday, November 2: Art Walk

With anchor stops at the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art and Sonoma Community Center, an evening stroll of Plaza retailers, galleries and tasting rooms hosting local art and artists. 5-7:30pm.

For the Dia de los Muertos edition, SVMA hosts musicians Gaea Schell (flute and piano) and Alejandro de Valle (piano, percussion, and voice) who will be performing Mexican and other Latin selections. Gaea has played with many notable names (Bob Sheppard, Albert “Tootie” Heath, Bobby Watson, Clare Fischer Big Band, Vince Lateano, Marcus Shelby, and the late Stacy Rowles) in addition to often leading her own trio or quartet at venues regionally and internationally.
