Author, artist, and naturalist Obi Kaufmann comes to Sonoma on Thursday, November 16 at 6 pm to present his newest book, The Deserts of California, at Artefact Design & Salvage, 20490 Broadway, in downtown Sonoma.
This illustrated volume is the final installment of a trilogy exploring the complex ecosystems of California.
Obi Kaufmann is an award-winning author of many best-selling books on California’s ecology, biodiversity, and geography. The evening features a lively author talk and audience Q&A, followed by a book signing and wine reception in the Artefact showroom, where you can also browse unique gifts and home décor and meet proprietor Dave Allen.
