Sonoma Water and the Russian River Watershed Association are pleased to announce the 2025 High School Video Contest. Students and schools can win prize money!
Winning videos are used as public service announcements and educational outreach materials.
The 2025 contest theme is “Water Careers Unleashed: Navigating the Blue Path.”
Students are encouraged to explore various roles within the water sector, interview professionals, and visit workplaces. They will combine storytelling and research in a 55-second video to inspire viewers to consider water-related professions that play a crucial role in safeguarding our planet’s most vital resource.
A directory of water professionals who have volunteered to be interviewed for this contest, along with additional resources and guidelines, are available online. The video submission deadline is March 6, 2025.
