Sun on the Street — What are you happy to be getting back to?
Sharing picnics outside with friends. What we typically do is discuss what we’re comfortable with, whether we want to wear a mask indoors or outside. I ordered a coffee at Peet’s without a mask!

My daughters’ sports – they play softball. One’s 11, one’s 17. They’re getting back to it finally. And we actually went to Six Flags, and out shopping.

The Film Festival, to be sure. And the entertainment life in the whole Bay area – it’s opening up. So many things are popping right now, and that’s been fun. I’m totally riding that wave. Also kissing and hugging because it was verboten in the last few years, and we all need hugs.

Not wearing a mask. Being together here in the park as a community, it almost makes me choke up a little bit. It feels good. As I walk around, I hear my neighbors.

Everything! I was definitely not a good masker, but everything. The first time they let us go out to restaurants. We also just enjoyed the grocery store and Target, and going everywhere. And smiling at people.

Seeing family in person again, finally. We just moved back here from Southern California about a year ago, which helped as well. Being able to see family in person is nice.
