Grateful For Sevenau

Editor:

This is directed to Catherine Sevenau: I enjoyed reading your column this morning in the latest issue of The Sun. I hope you’re not planning on “kicking off” the planet anytime soon. Please stay a while longer.

Yet, as always, your writing has stirred in me a pondering and a wondering of life. Now at age 60, do I have more to do? I hope so! Because I really feel as if I am just getting started. It’s taken me this long to realize and understand I’m a grown up. That’s why when I read your column this morning, “Impending demise,” I thought, “oh no!”

You are one of the few truly real and honest people in Sonoma. After losing Larry Murphy and Val Robichaud, my sense of connection and community has been jolted.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that I enjoyed your latest column and am grateful you are sharing your talents with the community.
