The recent Latino Business Roundtable Luncheon held at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn featured keynote speaker Willie Tamayo, founder of La Tortilla Factory. More than 40 business and community members attended to hear his inspiring story of taking a small family business to the leading tortilla bakery in the nation – producing more than 4 million tortillas each week in Sonoma County.
The Latino Business Roundtable is a program of the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce that aims to “connect, promote and support Latino business owners and professionals.” The first lunch in September featured Sonoma County, Fifth District Supervisor Efren Carillo.
