Looking for a new way to share quality time with your child? There’s nothing like a 20-foot, four-rope rock wall ascent to bring the family together.
On Saturday, May 7, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley offers a Parent/Child climbing class from 10 a.m. to noon. The class is for children aged 6 to 12 and their parent or guardian. The fee is $30 per pair. Participants must pre-register for classes at 938.8544 x105 or mdoran@bgcsonoma.org.
The Clubs also offer rock climbing programs for adults. Each Thursday through June, expert instructors from the Professional Climbing International will lead “Introduction to Climbing” classes from 10 a.m. to noon.
