The Sycamore Slough String Band, playing bluegrass Grateful Dead covers complete with extended jams, is comprised of all-star Deadhead musicians: mandolinist David Thom (David Grisman Bluegrass Experience, David Thom Band); bassist Roger Sideman (String Cheese Incident, Frank Wakefield); and David Gans (Rowan Brothers, Rubber Souldiers). Somewhere, Jerry Garcia is ready to take an acoustic solo.
