Sonoma-Petaluma State Historic Park needs volunteer docents. Docents explain the history to park visitors at the Mission, Sonoma Barracks, Toscano Hotel, General Vallejo’s Home, and Petaluma Adobe. Docents lead tours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Training is provided. A commitment of three hours a month is required. Contact Jennifer Hanson: jennifer.hanson@parks.ca.gov or 707-762-4871.
