Seeds of Learning has relocated to Room 204 at the Sonoma Community Center.
According to executive director Annie Bacon, the organization has been working locally and internationally for almost 18 years to increase access to education and cross-cultural understanding. They have sent over 1,800 work group volunteers to Nicaragua and El Salvador to work alongside communities to construct close to 100 classrooms and have awarded over 700 scholarships to students in these countries.
SOL has worked with students from Sonoma Valley High School and children, youth, and adults alike from Sonoma and across the US and Canada to organize trips to Central America to build schools.
