That’s what a new winery on Stage Gulch Road proposes to offer. Going before the Sonoma County Planning Commission on Thursday afternoon, Carneros View Vineyard proposes to construct a new winery on 25 acres at 4202 Stage Gulch Road.
Phase I includes construction of 52,000 square feet of wine production facilities (crushing, fermenting, storage, bottling) and support infrastructure (septic system, wastewater treatment pond, and paved parking and driveways).
Phase II will add facilities for retail business, including a tasting room and event venues, to be housed in two existing structures on the property (1,260 square foot house and 4,200 square foot barn).
Maximum winery capacity will be 250,000 cases annually.
