Emergency guardrail repair on Thursday, July 9

According to CalTrans the off-ramp from southbound U.S. 101 to East Washington Street in Petaluma will be closed Thursday, July 9, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
On Wednesday morning, the guardrail along the off ramp was badly damaged by a motorist. To ensure the safety of commuters, CalTrans maintenance crews must repair the guardrail as quickly as possible. Drivers are advised to use the Lakeville Highway exit, just to the south, as an alternate.
