Editor: To all the kids who came out “trick or treating.” What a fun evening. It was great to see you and your wonderful costumes and we really enjoyed being part of the crowd that collectively spends more than $2 billion on candy to indulge you.
Now please indulge us and come back out (no costumes required), retrace your steps and pick up all the candy wrappers you so carelessly discarded in the street.
