Popo The Clown (a.k.a. Penny Byrd) touches up her makeup at the final Tuesday Night Farmers Market of the year. The season was the first first managed by The Valley of the Moon Certified Farmer’s Market. Bill Dardon, the group’s president, said the season was a big success — logistically, financially and for the lack any controversy. The weekly event will return to the Plaza in May of 2012.
