The Democratic candidates for the Assembly District 10 seat, which represents the southern portion of Sonoma Valley and the city of Sonoma, will appear here in a forum on Monday, May 12.
The list of participants is likely one shorter with this week’s news that Veronica Jacobi, the former Santa Rosa City Councilmember, has dropped out of the race.
Incumbent Marc Levine will take part, along with candidates Erin Carlstrom, a member of the Santa Rosa City Council, and Diana Conti, a College of Marin Trustee.
Jacobi, a former Santa Rosa City Councilmember, said this week that she has thrown her support to Conti, who she feels has the best chance to beat Levine. “I will continue to campaign, now for Diana Conti,” she said.
The 6:30 p.m. event is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Seven Flags Club House, 300 International Blvd, in the Seven Flags Mobile Home Park.
The 10th District includes the southern half of Sonoma County and all of Marin County.
