Utterly ridiculous. The traffic liability concerns alone should have stopped this in its tracks. The first person who gets hit by a car at either Spain/1st or Spain/2nd or is delayed care because the SVFD can’t get through the traffic congestion is going to have a massive lawsuit against Caymus and the City of Sonoma. By which point all locals will be permanently avoiding the downtown area.
