Here we go again. PG&E is negligent in upgrading and maintaining their power grid. Instead they got greedy and gave their shareholders and upper management huge bonuses. So now the people must pay for their greed and negligence.
People just replaced the food in their freezers and refrigerators. I use medical equipment and my wife works from home. Both of which is impossible with the power shutoff. The state of California needs to take over PG&E, break it up, and have local control of delivery of power.
We are becoming a Third World country because PG&E can turn off power whenever the wind blows. Why should the people be responsible for PG&E’s Irresponsibility?
