Chef Bryan Jones is no stranger to Teen Services Sonoma, as he serves as the culinary advisor and joins Chef Paloma to teach front-of-the house skills to the center’s Lovin’ Oven Culinary Academy (LOCA) teens. But with LOCA on hold, he found a new way to contribute — he and wife Amanda prepared, packaged, and delivered 170 gourmet dinners to those lucky enough to place orders before they were sold out. (It was Moroccan Chicken Tagine, by the way). Here, with correct PPE protocol, he presents a check to Executive Director Becky Jo Peterson for $3,650.
