Sunshiny smiles

Enjoying the sunshine are preschoolers Cruz Gonzalez, Isaias Torres, and Kayla Ponce at El Verano Elementary School. The preschool program, run by Sonoma Valley Unified School District and funded by the State of California and Sonoma Valley Education Foundation, is the largest in the Valley and offers 3- and 4-year-olds fully subsidized preschool, particularly for low-income families and students with disabilities. Parents are invited to learn more at the upcoming Preschool Fair on April 19, from 5-7pm in El Verano school’s new cafeteria.
