Those “You Can’t Quarantine Love” lawn signs seen throughout Sonoma Valley offered more than an inspirational message. The campaign, undertaken by the Sonoma Valley Woman’s Club Foundation, also raised $5,000 for Sonoma Overnight Support, to aid services for the homeless.

Agrimonti thanked members of the club’s Communications Committee, led by Varsames, and all the club members who helped the club to reach their goal to sell 300 signs.
The effort, which began in late April, involved coordinating online orders and the delivery of all the signs throughout Sonoma Valley.
The Sonoma Valley Woman’s Club was founded in 1901 and has a long and rich history with the City of Sonoma. The organization’s legacy is highly regarded because of their civic and philanthropic involvement. IN fact, Agrimonti said, “the organization was part of building the City. To name a few achievements, The Plaza, where livestock once trampled the grounds, with a make-shift jail, now a beautiful park, which became and still is, the social and economic heart of the city. The Carnegie Library, and the restoration of the Mission San Francisco de Solano.”
