Sonoma man, 21, busted for drugs, weapons

Detectives investigating alleged drug sales out of a Serpillo Drive home arrested Ryan Christopher Cordano, 21, after finding a trove of narcotics, weed and guns in his bedroom.

The case unfolded when authorities received information from a confidential informant that Cordano was selling drugs from his house. Officers moved into the18800 block of Serpilio Drive at 7:30 a.m. December 4 with a search warrant.

Cordano was detained as left the house. Inside Cordano’s bedroom, found two assault rifles, a sawed-off shotgun, and one semi-automatic handgun. The search also revealed two pounds of processed marijuana, a half-ounce of heroin, currency, packaging material, and a digital scale, according to Sgt. Michael Raasch 


Cordano was booked at the Sonoma County jail on a variety of charges including Possession of Heroin for Sale, Possessing an Illegal Assault Weapon, and Possession of Narcotics while Armed. His bail was set at $150,000.
