The long-empty lot at 165 W. MacArthur St. is buzzing with building activity, the construction of 26 detached, two-story residential units by developer Steve Ledson.
Lots on the 2.38-acre parcel measure ±2,300 to ±4,300 square feet, and each home – there are four different floor plans — will have 1,350 to 1,500 square feet of living area. The homes will be set on a U-shaped, private street. The project was first proposed in 2003, and the current plan approved in 2008.
