Food recall: Ready Pac chicken salad

A recall has been issued for Ready Pac Foods Bistro Salad Kit with Grilled Chicken, Chopped Thai Style Crunch.

These were sold at Safeway, including our location in Sonoma. The salads were packaged on October 27, 2015.

The recall is due to the lack of labeling about certain ingredients. The salads have eggs and anchovies, which can be allergens for some people.

They also packed the salads with Caesar dressing, instead of the Thai peanut dressing. So far, no allergic reactions have been reported due to salad consumption.

If you bought this specific salad, simply return it to Safeway for a full refund.
