Build a tourist wall, and make Napa pay for it

Posted on October 12, 2019 by Sonoma Valley Sun

Many people are saying there are too many tourists coming into Sonoma, and they are not the best. They are grapists.

They’re caterers and alcoholics, and some, I guess, are good people, but they all come here to live on winery welfare and vacation rentals. They expect to use our social services and even be admitted to the hospital emergency room! The City of Sonoma even pays hotels to offer them sanctuary.

I say that, along with the Urban Growth Boundary, there should be a great Wall, possibly a moat filled with alligators, and we should make Napa pay for it. Of course, the Deep City conspiracy and the Visitors Bureau-crats want to have completely open borders, but remember, folks, if you don’t have a boundary, you don’t have a city. Bad!

Maybe it would be okay to let in a few tourists from Norway. Make Sonoma Great Again!
