Sonoma’s Depot Park Museum — itself an old train station — hosts the annual Model Train Show, weekends through December 22.
Moving trains, authentically detailed, chug through miniature towns and farms, over bridges and through tunnels, and past teeny-tiny people and animals. 12-4 p.m. Fri-Sun. Small donation, to benefit the Sonoma Valley Historical Society. 270 First St. W.
