Office a la carte

Posted on July 18, 2022 by Sonoma Valley Sun

Lewise Salvadori knows something about homes, and working from home. Like how sometimes you’ve got to get out of the home office and into a separate, professional workspace. The real estate agent worked from home when she was displaced by the pandemic, after her entire Coldwell Banker Brokers building shut down. But an office environment was important, so she teamed with another REALTOR®, Lorene Campi, to open Urban Relocation Specialists in Glen Ellen Village. The work-from-home routine is still very popular, she says, but people are now starting to look for a temporary break from that new normal.

“Working from home can be very productive, but it comes with distractions. Sometimes, retreating to a professional setting, to focus on a big project or have a meeting, is a smart move. We saw the need for people to access a space without getting locked into a long-term lease.” To fill that need, Salvadori (at right above, with Campi) created the L & L Lounge, a private office and meeting space available for rent by the day or week.

The sleek room has a large conference table (for seven), large-screen TV, and full digital access. Food is available at the nearby Glen Ellen Village restaurants. “It’s an office when you need it,” she says, “flexibility and cost savings at the same time.” Call for more information: 707.364.0512.
