Arnold Dr. accident knocks out Valley power

A power poll versus car entanglement on Arnold Drive on Friday morning resulted in a losing situation for everyone involved. The driver escaped injury but the resulting accident knocked out power to almost 9,000 Sonoma Valley residents. As of 9 a.m., PG&E crews had restored power to selected spots throughout the Valley and were working fast to get everyone else back online.
