Gay Wine Weekend seeking volunteers

Sonoma Valley’s annual Gay Wine Weekend is seeking volunteers for a weekend of wine-themed events and activities. The weekend draws thousands of LGBTQ folks and allies from around the country to Sonoma for winemakers dinners, pool parties, tours, and and fundraising events. It’s a super fun weekend!

The weekend, promoted by Out in the Vineyard, takes place June 19-21. Proceeds from the weekend, including the infamous Twilight T-Dance & Gay Wine Auction, benefit Face to Face, the Sonoma County AIDS Network.

Volunteers are a key component to the success of the weekend and opportunities include welcoming guests at registration, answering questions at locations throughout the Valley and downtown Sonoma, set up, clean up and tear down of special events, signage set up, wine tour direction, and more.

Anyone who is 21+ can be a volunteer at any of the events throughout the weekend. Email Toby Frowen at [email protected] for more information and to register as a volunteer.
