The terrible Valley Fire, the 9th most destructive fire in California history, has impacted many of us – whether it’s friend, co-worker, family member or animal.

Today, Thursday, September 17, three Sonoma Valley’s food and wine institutions will host events to support victims of the Valley Fire.

100% of all sales, and employee tips, at the Epicurean Connection are going to be donated to the American Red Cross of Northern California to support victims of the fire. 122 W. Napa St., Sonoma; 935-7960; theepicureanconnection.com.

All of Mary’s Pizza Shack’s locations will be donating 20% of all sales (dine in, take out, and delivery) to victims of the Valley Fire. Check it out on the Sonoma location’s Facebook page.

Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards will have extended tasting hours, 10 AM to 7 PM, and 20% of every wine (bubbly or still) purchased (at the tasting room or online) will be donated to the American Red Cross of Northern California to support victims of the fire. There will be live music on their new Vista Terrace and food available for purchase. 23555 Arnold Drive, Sonoma; 933-1917; gloriaferrer.com.
