Renovations continue at the 100-and-something-year old Sonoma Valley Grange Hall in the Springs, where Grange President Seth Dolinsky and Construction Manager Jim Callahan add to the face-lift. Recently improvements include two entirely new sparkling bathrooms and a beautifully refinished floor, part of the transformation by a dedicated group of Grange volunteers (led by local painter Will Ackley) at a recent member work party.
The Grange invites the public to check out the transformation at two upcoming events: a pancake breakfast on Saturday, December 6, 9 to 11 a.m., and a Holiday Party and Cookie Exchange on Thursday, December 10, 6 to 9 p.m. 18627 Highway 12. Sonomavalleygrange.org.
