West Napa St. Hotel Draft EIR Available

The City of Sonoma has announced the availability of the Draft EIR for the West Napa Street hotel proposed by Darius Anderson’s Kenwood Investments. The Draft EIR consists of approximately 250 pages, plus 800 pages of Appendices. The announcement reads as follows:

25 January 2016

​The City of Sonoma and its consultants have completed a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) analyzing potential impacts of the Hotel Project Sonoma and are seeking public comments during a 45-day public review period starting on January 26, 2016. The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Draft EIR as follows:

All comments are due to the City by the close of business on March 10, 2016.  Substantive comments received by the close of the comment period will be responded to in writing in a Final EIR.  The Final EIR must be completed and certified before any decision can be made about the proposed project.
