Meet Pasha. Pasha is a 3 year old brown and white male Doxie/Pug mix. He is a wonderful dog and has quickly become a staff favorite. He is very loving and is a great snuggler. He loves to go on walks, play with his toys, or just hang out. Pasha has an easy going personality. He will be a dog you can take everywhere with you, and he will be content as long as he’s with you. Pasha seems to do well with other dogs who share his personality type. A slow introduction to new dogs is the key to making a successful match. Meet Olive. Olive is a 9 month old short haired white and gray tabby female. She is a sweet cat who came to us as an older kitten – past the ideal socialization time. She is making good progress in becoming more oriented to people and the attention they give her. As with many shy cats (and dogs), patience and a soft voice are key in making a connection. Treats help, too. Olive gets along with the other kittens in the Kitten Room and will probably be fine in a multi-cat household. It should be a somewhat quiet home with people who understand shy kitties and who will give her the time she needs to feel comfortable.
