Sonoma’s new affordable housing project, due in May of 2021, now accepting applications
The affordable housing Altamira Apartments, first approved in 2016 and due to come on line in May of 2021, is beginning to accept applications for a 48-unit affordable development at 1269 Broadway in Sonoma.
The development for very low- to moderate-income families is located on the corner of Broadway and Clay Street.
The waiting list for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units at Altamira Apartments opened on December 2, 2020 at 9:00 AM. Applications must be submitted online by 5:00 PM on December 16, 2020. Applications are available online at www.sahahomes.org/apply.

Altamira’s 48-units are anticipated to be available in May of 2021.
