Soroptimists put their heart into Feb. fundraiser

The way to your Valentine’s heart is, of course, chocolate. Especially when it’s truffles and caramels from Sonoma’s Chocolate Cow.

Soroptimist International of Sonoma Valley (SISV) is working with the Chocolate Cow, the family-owned chocolatier and ice cream shop off Sonoma Plaza, on a lovely fundraising gift: a custom collection of hand-crafted treats.

This year you may purchase 2 sizes of chocolate assortments; a 4 pack ($12) with 1 sea salt caramel, 1 chocolate cow and 2 truffles. Or a 6 pack ($17) with 2 sea salt caramels, 1 chocolate cow and 3 truffles. 

Proceeds support SISV, the local chapter of the international service organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls.

Orders must be placed by February 5. Contact-free pick-up will be in the back parking lot of 670 W. Napa on Friday, February 12 or Saturday, February 13.
