At its meeting on July 15, 2026, the City Council received an informational report regarding Council compensation (also attached as Exhibit A). After considerable discussion about whether the monthly salary should be increased, a majority of the City Council indicated their interest in increasing the monthly Council stipend from the current $300 per month to $950 per month.
