The affordable housing Altamira Apartments, first approved in 2016 and due to come on line in May of 2021, is beginning to accept applications for a 48-unit affordable development at 1269 Broadway in Sonoma.
The development for very low- to moderate-income families is located on the corner of Broadway and Clay Street.
The waiting list for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units at Altamira Apartments opened on December 2, 2020 at 9:00 AM. Applications must be submitted online by 5:00 PM on December 16, 2020. Applications are available online at www.sahahomes.org/apply.
